01. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide high-resolution stock video licensing, customer account access, and order fulfillment. This includes:
Account & Contact Data: Your name, email address, company name, and account password when registering or placing an order.
Transaction & Order History: Records of purchased video clips, variation choices (6K LOG or 6K ProRes), transaction amounts, and custom license certificates.
Secure Download Records: Timestamps and generated pre-signed URL logs when accessing purchased media files from My Library.
Technical Data: Browser type, IP address, and session identifiers used to prevent fraud and enforce license compliance.
02. Payment Processing & Financial Security
We do not store your credit card or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely through established PCI-compliant payment gateways, including PayPal and WooCommerce Payments.
When you purchase a license or activate a bundle discount, our billing providers process your payment method under their respective security certifications and privacy frameworks. We receive only confirmation of successful payment, billing contact details, and gateway transaction identifiers.
03. Cloud Storage & Secure File Delivery
All master footage files (including 6K Apple ProRes 422 HQ and 10-bit V-Log master files) are hosted in private, encrypted cloud storage (Backblaze B2 / Amazon Web Services).
Access to purchased video files and signed model release attachments is strictly restricted to authenticated buyers. Download links generated in your customer library expire automatically after one hour to prevent unauthorized link sharing and protect content licensing integrity.
04. Cookies & Session Preferences
Dolo in Motion uses essential functional cookies and session tokens to deliver core platform capabilities:
Cart & Checkout Sessions: Remembering clips in your cart across pages and calculating active tier discounts.
Bundle Preferences: Storing your active bundle selection (e.g. 5, 10, or 20 assets) so discounts apply dynamically.
Authentication: Keeping you securely logged in to access purchased licenses in My Library.
We do not use invasive third-party tracking or data-broker cookies. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though certain shopping cart and checkout features may not operate correctly.
