Welcome to Dolo in Motion. By accessing our platform, viewing preview footage, or purchasing commercial video licenses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We provide filmmaker-grade 6K footage with fair, perpetual, and worldwide licensing terms designed to empower creators without subscription restrictions.
01. Commercial License Grant & Scope
Upon purchasing a license on Dolo in Motion, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use, modify, and display the licensed video footage in commercial and editorial projects.
Permitted Mediums: Digital advertising, streaming television, theatrical and feature films, social media campaigns, broadcast broadcasts, client deliverables, corporate media, and online publications.
Perpetual Longevity: Your license does not expire. Content embedded within your productions remains licensed indefinitely with zero renewal fees.
02. Master File Formats & Technical Delivery
Dolo in Motion delivers master-tier resolution formats directly to creative professionals:
6K Apple ProRes 422 HQ: Broadcast-ready color-calibrated master files.
6K LOG / Raw Master: 10-bit flat profile footage providing maximum dynamic range for colorists.
Graded-Only Clips: Certain specialty or vintage clips are delivered exclusively as Master Graded 6K ProRes files.
You are granted full creative discretion to color-grade, reframe, crop, speed-ramp, or composite the footage within your derivative productions.
03. Model & Property Releases
Footage depicting recognizable individuals or private real estate will indicate the existence of signed releases on the clip detail page (e.g., "Has 1 model release").
For clips with attached releases, a verifiable signed PDF release document is made available in your customer library upon purchase. For clips marked "No releases assigned" or "Editorial Only", the footage is intended strictly for documentary, journalistic, and educational applications.
04. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions
To protect our cinematographers and the integrity of our library, the following uses are strictly prohibited:
No Standalone Resale: You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, or share the raw footage file as standalone stock video or footage clips.
No Competing Platforms: You may not upload uncut footage to competing stock marketplaces, template sites, or peer-to-peer file sharing services.
No AI Training: You may not use Dolo footage for training generative artificial intelligence models or computer vision networks without explicit written studio authorization.
No Defamatory or Unlawful Use: You may not use footage in pornography, defamatory campaigns, or illegal materials.
05. Pricing, Bundles & Refund Policy
All platform prices are denominated in USD ($). Dolo in Motion offers dynamic volume savings through our "Better in Bundles" program (e.g., 5 clips at 10% off, 10 clips at 12% off, 20 clips at 15% off).
Refund Policy: Due to the instant delivery of high-bitrate master files and digital license certificates, all purchases are final once download URLs are accessed. If a file is demonstrably corrupted or technical delivery fails, our support team will provide replacement files immediately.
06. Copyright Ownership & Governing Law
Dolo in Motion and its contributing filmmakers retain full copyright and intellectual property rights in and to the original master footage recordings. A footage license grants usage rights; it does not transfer copyright ownership.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sarajevo.
